Location: Belarus --> News News from September 23, 2005 The second breathingThe Conference of Belarusian Public Association of Accountants and Auditors was held on September 17, 2005 in Minsk. The new Board was elected; the changes to the Charted were confirmed. The organization will study international standards of financial accounting. So during the year it is necessary for BPAAA members to get any worldly accepted qualification. The new governing body considers that CAP/CIPA certification suits to this most of all. Certification was founded by the International council of certified accountants and auditors (ICCAA) together with US Agency on International Development in 2001. This certification allows teaching and attestation in the Russian language. In the opinion of project initiators, CAP/CIPA certification will help accountants in Belarus to increase their qualification.
