CIPA is an internationally recognized Russian language training, examination
and certification program that independently certifies the competency of professional
accountants. EDP Country Director Mickey Torreano, speaking of benefits of CIPA

would only increase over time. "Many Tajik companies are now only hiring
accountants with CAP or CIPA certification. CIPA/CAP certified accountants are
also in high demand from international firms interested in doing business in
Tajikistan. This demand will increase as economic development and increased
foreign investment continue in Tajikistan."
